China-South Africa Joint Laboratory For Prevention and Control of Major Animal Diseases focuses on major animal diseases shared by both countries and affecting the export of African livestock products, such as foot-and-mouth disease, bovine nodular skin disease, and avian influenza. It conducts research in three major areas: disease diagnosis and vaccine evaluation and promotion, integration and application of advanced manufacturing engineering technology, and forward-looking technology reserve and innovation; Through the integration and linkage of production, research, and application, we provide international professional talents, advanced technology output, and complete prevention and control products for the prevention and control of major animal diseases in China and Africa, contributing to global animal disease prevention and control.
