Current Progress/Outcomes:
A 650-hectare demonstration base was established in Madagascar. Three high-yield and high-quality cotton varieties suitable for local cultivation were selected, and the "Technical Regulations for High-Yield Cultivation of Cotton in Madagascar" was studied and formulated. Carry out four exchanges of scientific and technological personnel. Hold one technical exchange meeting on cotton from Madagascar; Invite five members of a well-known domestic saline-alkali land improvement technology team to conduct research in Malaysia once.
