Current Progress/Outcomes:
A 650-hectare demonstration base was established in Madagascar. Three high-yield and high-quality cotton varieties suitable for local cultivation were selected, and the "Technical Regulations for High-Yield Cultivation of Cotton in Madagascar" was studied and formulated.
