The following research is carried out on the key issues of the entire industrial chain of green poultry farming: First, explore and screen anti-stress functional genes, and select poultry groups that are resistant to heat stress; Second, by integrating environmental factors such as temperature, humidity and ventilation, a comprehensive evaluation index for environmental control of poultry should be constructed, and the threshold for optimizing environmental indicators should be clearly defined. Third, select alternative antibiotic feed additives and natural plant extracts to form a comprehensive alternative antibiotic feeding plan; Fourth, a poultry biosecurity prevention and control system should be established around scientific immunization procedures, biosecurity management regulations, disinfection technical standards and other links.
