Current Project Progress and Achievements:
At present, the testing and R&D of new rice varieties and technologies have been carried out in Kenya. Among them, the yield of Zhongken No.1 (a new rice variety jointly developed by China and Kenya) is 20-30% higher than that of the local main cultivated rice varieties.
