Current Progress/Outcomes:
1. Conduct medium- to long-term experimental research on peanut molecular breeding technologies in the African region to understand Kenya's peanut industry, varietal characteristics, and cultivation methods;
2. Learn and master CIMMYT's advanced peanut molecular breeding techniques and practical skills;
3. Seek to establish stable cooperative partnerships with CIMMYT in the peanut industry to promote long-term exchange and collaboration.
